O Dreamtime! (And all this wait time!): A poem
You know, there, once, was a beginning – a Dreamtime! The most peerless among fairytales, a beginning that only remained an onset, being static in its perfection!
And there was no end…but alas a break-in, a transgression, a rapine…dreamtime lost to a bondage, and an imposed disparateness! Those precious, priceless, possessions that I forged from the blood of my soul, so cruelly snatched away and so callously strewn like a snapped string of pearls all over the rabid floor of briny firmament!
And that I have been eternally flogged for even hoping to venture to pick up my possessions by impostering preposterous men! So, refraining, that treachery does not consume my fledglings!
So, I wait!…O(!) how I humbly wait! So that I do not risk the destruction of the progeny of my disconsolate anima, that they should always be intact, against an evil ambience! So, I wait in reluctant equanimity and ambivalent decorum, transforming my rage into a rigoured recluse, that one day, it will all be returned to me bereft of that encumbering poison!
You see, the adversaries want my verdict in exoneration of them; or, if not, threaten me with more crime, treachery and rapine! Does it seem to everyone that my inexorability is obdurate and unforgiving; or the righteousness in justification that it is?
You see, righteousness is never flawed; it takes on flaws, if it does, for all of your preservation and its own!!!!
